San Remo Pasta Alla Villa Grock


1 pack of San Remo Penne
Olive Oil
3 cloves of garlic
Sliced Barletta onions
200g diced pumpkin
4 Italian sausages
Red wine
Can of cherry tomatoes
Handful of olives
Fresh rocket leaves


To begin, cook the pasta in a pot of salted, boiling water.

Add about four tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat with the whole garlic cloves. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the diced pumpkin and chopped Barletta onions and cook until soft.

Remove the sausage meat from the skins and roll into small meatballs, adding them to the skillet. Once the sausage has browned slightly, add a dash of red wine, the can of cherry tomatoes and olives. Season with pepper and add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet.

Top with parmesan and fresh rocket leaves. Serve and enjoy!
