Nannygai Asian Style


4 fillets of red Nannygai
Fish Sauce
Lime juice
Peanut oil
Salt & pepper
2 green pawpaws
1 spanish onion
6 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Crushed horseradish cream


Prepare a salad of sliced green pawpaw, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, horseradish cream and chopped Spanish onions.

Heat oil in a frying pan and add red nanny fillets (skin down) and cook for 1min, then set aside.

Add chopped ginger to your pan, then the shallots, chillies, fish sauce and lime juice. Cook for 30secs, stirring slowly.

Add the fish fillets and cook on high for 2mins.
